30 Days Return & Exchange

We have a simple 30 day return policy. If you have any questions, please contact us via email, and a customer service representative will respond within 48 hours. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days. Please note that while we offer free shipping on all products, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product. However, in the case of our error, we will cover the shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Requests for order cancellations must be made within 24 hours. If canceled within this time frame, the full amount will be refunded to the customer’s account. Orders processed after this time will incur a 25% service fee. Once the product is shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, you can request an exchange. Please submit our Return & Exchange Form or email us at info@jacketuniverse.com within 24 hours, including a photo of the defect, the type of fault, and your order number. A member of our customer service team will assist you further.

Non-Returnable Items

We strive to provide the best service to our customers, but there are situations where returns or refunds are not possible:

  1. Items with faults not caused by us cannot be returned or refunded.
  2. Customized jackets, tailored specifically for you, are non-returnable.
