Waiting on a jacket? We get it. You’re excited, and you should be. That’s why we work hard behind the scenes to make sure it gets to you fast and without fuss.

How It Works

As soon as your order lands in our system, the clock starts ticking:

Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)
Handling Time: 5–6 business days (Monday to Friday)
Transit Time: 5–6 business days (Monday to Friday)
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 10–12 business days

We ship with major carriers like FedEx, DHL, and UPS. They’ve got the muscle. We’ve got the jackets. Together, we deliver.

Where We Ship

Jacket Universe offers worldwide free shipping — to the US, UK, Europe, Australia, and many more. However, we do not currently ship to Israel or South Korea.

Due to international restrictions, we’re also unable to ship to countries listed under OFAC sanctions.

A Few Things to Double-Check

Is your shipping address complete and accurate?
Did you include your phone number for delivery updates?
Is your email correct? That’s where your tracking info goes.

One small typo can cause a big delay. A quick review saves a lot of waiting.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We offer free shipping, but this doesn’t include local customs fees or import taxes. These depend on your country’s regulations. If any charges apply, they are the responsibility of the buyer.

We ship everything Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery Limitations

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.
All packages require a signature on delivery for added security.

Changes & Issues

Need to change your shipping address? Let us know before we ship, and we’ll update it. If your item has already shipped, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
